Alliance Manassas was founded in 2019 by Ricardo “Incredible” Ribeiro. Ricardo began his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu career in 2005. He became an instructor in 2010 when he was still a purple belt, and he is now a 1st degree black belt. Ricardo has earned many titles during his career, but the most important one was becoming the WORLD CHAMPION in 2011 in the super-heavy weight purple belt division. Ricardo has great experience in wrestling and MMA, and this helped make him a versatile instructor.
